One of the big factors that I have seen people struggle with over time is that their training is not built on their passion. Trying to adopt a workout schedule that you stick to without actually liking the process will always keep you fighting against yourself. Listening exclusively to fitness "experts" will leave you running after someone else's goals.

What are the moments when you truly enjoy movement and working out? Look back, which trainings gave you the highest highs, especially at that moment right when you finish? Stick to those, do more of them!
Which ones left you emotionally blank? Throw them out!
There are so many ways how you can enjoy your training, why waste your time on the ones you have no real passion for? Love what you do and you'll be the best at it!
